Words we speak have tremendous power. Words can either uplift us or tear us down.Words are a form of energy, and their vibration can either hurt or heal.And conveying kindly is more than being polite, it is an understanding that the other person has value and worth that we want to honour.

Of late we have seen a huge furore related to Sushant Singh Rajput, describing how he was put down by people from his own fraternity. How much ill was spoken and written against him to make him feel worthless when he was alive. What happened with Sushant Singh is he succumbed to his fellow men putting him down, not realising how brilliant he was what an intelligent mind he carried. We don’t know what cracks we are creating in other person’s consciousness by piercing words that one day he she might break off. We kill other person more with words.

We tend to use all kind of adjectives calling people foolish, stupid, manipulative et al not realizing what impact it’s going to have on other person. We make people feel useless rather than being empathetic. Somebody shares something about third person with us we take it as gospel truth not going by our experience with that person. We see people through somebody else’s blurred lenses not through our direct understanding and vision. Rather than healing people we create more wounds.


Life is too short to hate and ridicule. Let us put our energies in uplifting others. Let us hold each other. Let us be compassionate and kind. Let us all notice the good qualities of others, and our words will naturally become more affectionate. 

 Let us share best part of our hearts with those around us. Let us love more. Let us choose our words wisely.

   NAVREH (New Year Day) for Kashmiri Pandits ! First Navratra is a special day for Pandits from Kashmir. It's NAVREH (New Year Day) in Kashmir. On this day the new almanac, the annual calendar with new astronomical data and lot of other information commences for the new Hindu calendar year. The  Valley Of Rishis ,Seers n Sufi’s ..The Abode of Sharada –epitome of highest knowledge and wisdom was struck silent with the mass murder of Kashmiri Pandits . It was month of January  1990 ,all of a sudden there was mass gathering on street outside our home & people were shouting slogans   “ Yahan chalega Nizam-e-mustafa ,Kashmir banega Pakistan ,Kafiro Kashmir hamara chod do “ and throwing stones at our home, breaking window panes. I was small to realise what was happening and why was it happening..And what are they going to get by pelting stones & breaking our windows..I remember that evening we had to switch off lights of all our rooms & we had dinner in the dim light of big size radio that my grandfather had got. 19 th of January 1990 Kashmiri Pandits were asked to leave the valley..Audio tape was played in all the mosques in Kashmir after which kashmiri muslims came on streets burnt houses belonging to kashmiri pandits .Total Anarchy & to add to
